Justin Solar currently serves as Vice President of Entertainment at R&CPMK in New York, overseeing a slate of clients across film studios, TV networks, streaming platforms, production companies/producers, on-air talent, film festivals and award shows including Lionsgate, Hulu Originals, Disney+, Film at Lincoln Center/New York Film Festival, AARP Movies for Grownups, Hidden Pictures, Exits Media and more.
Prior to R&CPMK, Solar has held various roles within Entertainment publicity at Fox Searchlight, 20th Century Fox and Entercom Corporate Communications. During his time at Fox Searchlight he was on the National Publicity team responsible for Academy Award winning films Birdman, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Brooklyn, He Named Me Malala, Wild and more. At 20th Century Fox, Solar worked on blockbuster titles including Deadpool, Hidden Figures, War for The Planet of The Apes, Ice Age: Collison Course, Logan, X-Men Apocalypse, Trolls and The Boss Baby. During his time at Entercom, Solar worked on the corporate communications plan for their $2.4 Billion merger with CBS Radio and managed day-to-day communication strategy for 235 stations across 48 markets.
Solar is a graduate of the George Washington University and currently serves as co-chair of the GWU Media & Communications Alumni Network and resides on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with his wife, Emily, and Australian Labradoodle, Mac.

Lauren Stillman is a Senior Vice President with more than 20 years of experience in VIP services, dressing + gifting, and building stylist and influencer relationships. Lauren specializes in developing meaningful talent-brand partnerships, whether that’s creating an iconic red carpet moment via celebrity dressing at the Cannes Film Festival or raising a brand’s profile via strategic influencer gifting campaigns. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Lauren’s passions include staying up-to-date on prestige television, participating in her Formula 1 fantasy league and designing sweatshirts for friends and family to raise money for organizations including RAISE Fashion and the ACLU.

Jennifer Cruz Santos

Jennifer Cruz Santos is a communications professional with 8+ years of experience developing, managing and executing strategic PR campaigns across diverse verticals in entertainment, lifestyle and technology. She currently leads the Hasbro account, spearheading toy and licensing PR across brands like NERF, Transformers, Peppa Pig, My Little Pony and many more. Previously working on Originals and Consumer PR for YouTube, Jennifer currently helps manage YouTube Music, which handles the app and all music-focused campaigns on the platform, driving successful global projects like the Coachella livestream and Megan Thee Stallion special. Jennifer has also managed publicity campaigns for several of Crunchyroll’s top-grossing anime films of all time, including Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, Jujutsu Kaisen 0 and Your Name.
Jennifer is extremely organized, enjoys managing multiple projects at once and hyper-focused on securing outstanding results. She earned the following accolades: Business Insider’s 2022 Top 30 PR Pros List; Cynopsis Best of the Best and Rising Stars 2022; and R&CPMK honors: 2022 “Maestro Award,”2018 “Superstar Award,” and 2016 “Rockstar Award.”
As for her personal interests, she loves music (her current favorite artist is Rosalía), staying active (tennis, yoga, snowboarding and surfing) and spending time with her loved ones.

Kierra has more than a decade of experience in the diversity, equity and inclusion space –serving as a subject matter expert to increase access, equity and visibility for communities of color, the disabled community and the LGBTQ+ community. Over the course of her career, Kierra has enabled brands like Silk, SoDeliciousa and International Delight define their messaging to authentically connect with an increasingly diverse consumer. Kierra brings a unique lens to marketing campaigns and partnerships to craft a truly integrated approach. Her experience ranges across a variety of industries from technology to CPG to sports and entertainment. Kierra is also a Master Gardener for the state of CT and enjoys spending her free time gardening and being with her (growing) family.
