She has five years of in-house and agency experience with a background in social strategy and influencer relations in fashion, beauty, and entertainment, as well as front and back-of-house management of social events. 

Dustin Steiner is a veteran, award-nominated journalist who made the transition to public relations after a decade of covering esports and video games. He’s worked for prestigious outlets in the esports space such as Dexerto, Esports.gg, the Capcom Pro Tour, and more. He was nominated for Esports Journalist of the Year at the 2019 Esports Awards, and helped shepherd Dexerto to Coverage Website of the Year as the Americas Editor on the site at the time. 

After starting at R&CPMK as an Account Executive in 2022, he’s made massive strides in connecting stories with the reporters that can tell the story the best, and is excited to provide the kind of access and insight that journalists need on this side of the table. He’s worked with brands such as Hasbro, Evil Geniuses, Red Bull Gaming, Netmarble, and unikrn, among many others.

A life-long gamer, when he’s not pitching stories you can likely find him on Street Fighter 6, or rolling dice at the Dungeons and Dragons table. 

Erika Nitz is an exceptional professional with over 15 years of experience in celebrity and influencer partnerships, as well as entertainment marketing. Currently serving as the Account Director, Celebrity & Talent, she plays a pivotal role in all aspects of these partnerships, from talent ideation to negotiation and campaign execution. Erika’s expertise in this client-facing role has been invaluable in driving successful collaborations.

As a visionary strategist, Erika has consistently demonstrated her ability to create, manage, and activate comprehensive talent and entertainment programs. Her extensive industry relationships and adeptness at working collaboratively across departments have been key to her achievements. Jason has spent the past decade within the OSEN network consulting global brands like BMW and Mastercard to maximize sports and esports sponsorships.  Growing up a New York sports fanatic, the spirit of competition and the passion of fandom have always been core to Jason’s identity which spills over into his client work.     

Tanisha Senaratne is a Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience. Before working at R&CPMK, Tanisha served as an HR Generalist for the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine and Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy. While at USC, she successfully served as an advisor and DEI subject matter expert promoting faculty and staff engagement and feedback in support of optimal strategies and practices. In her current role as HR Business Partner, Tanisha aims to build an organizational culture with firm engagement.

Tanisha is SHRM certified and has a Diversity and Inclusion certification from Cornell University. She loves to explore new restaurants and is an avid traveler who has visited places including Singapore, Japan, Ireland, England, Italy, Sri Lanka, Bali, Turkey, Greece, Jordan and more!
