Trainee Program
Our R&CPMK Trainee Program is for individuals aspiring to kickstart their careers; this full-time, 16-week paid program offers a comprehensive experience like no other. Intakes occur in January, May, and September, providing multiple opportunities throughout the year to join our program. As a trainee, you’ll be fully immersed within our account teams, actively contributing to a diverse range of Public Relations, Partnerships, Activations, Talent and Influencer, and Integrated Marketing initiatives.

Most of our roles here are hybrid in nature, meaning we get together in the office three days a week and work from home for the other two. We love our jobs, but we also value our personal time. We help ourselves achieve this balance by uncapped annual leave, a 1pm finish on Summer Fridays and a Flexible Work Policy.
We know the importance of balancing our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. In addition to medical coverage in the US we also provide global access to mindfulness and meditation as well as free counseling and coaching sessions for all employees. Kierra has more than a decade of experience in the diversity, equity and inclusion space –serving as a subject matter expert to increase access, equity and visibility for communities of color, the disabled community and the LGBTQ+ community. Over the course of her career, Kierra has enabled brands like Silk, SoDeliciousa and International Delight define their messaging to authentically connect with an increasingly diverse consumer. Kierra brings a unique lens to marketing campaigns and partnerships to craft a truly integrated approach. Her experience ranges across a variety of industries from technology to CPG to sports and entertainment. Kierra is also a Master Gardener for the state of CT and enjoys spending her free time gardening and being with her (growing) family.

Victor has more than 12 years of multicultural and consumer-focused PR, Communications and Marketing experience. He started his career at Hispanic advertising agency, Dieste, in Dallas,TX and later continued his passion for multicultural marketing at Hispanic Communications Network (Washington, DC) working with government and non-profit clients. He later joined Edelman NY’s multicultural practice and pivoted into the larger Consumer/Brand group leading sports and culture campaigns for Heineken (Champions League, MLS), AXE (Unilever), PayPal & Venmo and others. At the start of 2020, Victor moved his young family to LA to continue his career in PR with Ketchum and their Sports team working on traditional and esports clients like Activision Call of Duty League and Modelo. Victor, a native Texan, remains passionate about serving as a cultural conduit for people and brands. He even started a podcast called The Mijos to discuss male identity and fatherhood from a Latino perspective. Victor and his wife Janea live in El Segundo with their two sons – Vito (5) and Marcus (2), along with their cats, Jupiter & Comet, and Mini-Schnauzer, Maverick.

When it comes to her work she specializes in branding & event design. Like a creative chameleon, Rachael adapts to each brand’s identity and fully immerses herself into their brand essence. She believes strongly in the creative process—starting with research, analysis, and ideation to final execution.
