The solution

We created custom-built and Hard Rock Branded “Parlay Walls” In two locations at Daytona International Speedway. One location had a larger build than the other due to the space given by Daytona. The custom walls showcased the many bets that could be placed on the race and gave boosted payout to some of the bets located only on site. This strategy played direct to the client’s goal of getting people to sign up and bet through the app and aligned perfectly with the client’s brand strategy and aesthetic.

The impact

The campaign delivered on two fronts. The first was the original goal of getting downloads and first-time deposits through the brand ambassadors and the activation spaces. We created a space where betting was encouraged and promoted, and fans engaged genuinely in the sport the loved. The second success was customer troubleshooting. We acted as on-site customer service so we could get users who were blocked from using the app unblocked.
